Summer Training Camp

Summer Hours: train, focus & relax.

During the Summer session we will operate from 6am-6pm Monday-Friday. A typical day will include multiple training sessions, followed by relaxing recovery times as well as meal and snack breaks, mixed with fun sport related activities. Athletes will bring their own lunch. Athletes can also bring their own favorite snacks or choose the free snacks and drinks offered by the academy. Athletes will also have the opportunity to take part in athletic related field trips. Prior notice will be given on trip days for preparation and instructions.

What are the hours?

We will operate from 6am to 6pm during the summer season. Our schedule will ensure that participants have ample time to engage in activities while also allowing for breaks and training sessions throughout the day to enhance their overall experience.

Will there be different skill levels?

Yes, we will have multiple training sessions scheduled throughout each day. These sessions are designed to accommodate various skill levels and will focus on different aspects of training. 

Are there breaks?

Yes, there will be lunch breaks included in the daily schedule. These breaks are designed to provide participants with a chance to rest, recharge, and enjoy a meal, ensuring they are refreshed and ready for the activities planned for the day. Athletes will need to pack a lunch and can bring their favorite snacks and drinks as well. The Academy will also offer free snacks and drinks. 

Will there be mental focus?

Yes, we will include mental focus strategies and relaxation techniques as part of our programs. These techniques are designed to enhance participants' mental clarity and relaxation, helping them to improve their overall performance and well-being during their time with us.
